You’re responsible for safeguarding your login and keeping details up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
User submissions
You retain rights and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and share content in connection with our mission, with attribution where feasible. Only submit content you have rights to. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or law.
Intellectual property
Site content (logos, brand assets, articles) belongs to us or our licensors. You may reference and share links. For reuse beyond fair dealing, request permission at contact@mmtuk.org.
Third-party services
We may link to third-party sites/tools. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Events and community participation
Event registrations may include specific terms. We may record events and use recordings for internal/public communication; we’ll notify attendees if recording occurs. Don’t share confidential or sensitive personal data in public sessions.
Donations
Processed by Stripe under their terms. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
